Thread drill bit

Same as taper button bits, threaded button bits are most popular drill bits in the world now. It's mainly used on large hydraulic drill jumbo, such as Atlas, Sandvik and Furukawa etc. Thread button bits are made of high quality alloy steel bar and tungsten carbides, through heat treatment so that it can withstand the toughest rock drilling demands,and transmit intensive impact energy into the rock with the least possible loss of energy.

Tapered drill rod

Different rock formations and rock drills require different taper angles. When drilling with high impact hydraulic rock drills in medium-hard to hard and abrasive rock formations, a wide taper angle is normally used. Taper angles of 11 and 12-degrees are normally used on modern drill rigs. For low impact rock drills and softer rock formations, a narrow taper angle of seven degrees is used. A 7-degree angle can also be used if bit spinning is a problem when using 11 and 12-degree equipment. In addition, a 4,46 degree angle is ideal for soft rock when you're using pneumatic or hydraulic drill rigs - to prevent bits from spinning or becoming detached.

Integral drill rod

Integral Drill Steel is used by a hand held drill machine in Underground mining and for small hole drilling, equipped with small power rock drills, like air leg rock drills, hand held rock drills, etc. It can reduces the expense of impact energy, improves the drilling speed and efficiency, also it can be used for drilling bore hole diameter from 30mm to 41mm usually. Regarding Integral drill steels，the quality of a steel material and a tungsten carbide is very important to get good drilling performance.

Plug hole rod

The plug hole integral drill steel is widely used in stone pit field to drill small holes. Because of the integration of the drilling rods and drilling bits, it can be metched directly with rock drills without shank adapter or coupling sleeve, these advantages avoid the wastage of energy, and improve the drilling efficiency remarkably.

Extension rod

For extension rod, there are two shapes, one is round type, another one is hexagonal type. All extension rod are threaded and made by hollow drill steels.
This hollow hole are usually named flushing hole, used for transmitting water or air during drilling. Two ends threads can be used for connecting couplings, shanks, couplings or bits.

Coupling sleeve

Because of different applications, we need different lengths of drill stems, so couplings sleeves are used for connecting extension rods. There are semi-bridge couplings and full bridge couplings, the only difference between them is that semi-bridge couplings have a middle stop at the middle of couplings. Usually couplings two ends are the same couplings, like R25, R32,R38,T45, T51, etc .While sometime people need crossover couplings to work, for example, one end is R32 and another end is R38, but basically all couplings are female threads at the two
